Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026
These terms apply to pik at pik.tooly.fyi (the "service"), operated by itpro360 LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
pik shows a QR code and a short code on a computer's browser. A phone that scans the code (or enters it) can send that browser a web address, which pik then opens as a full page or inside its own full-screen player. pik is provided free of charge and may change, pause or end at any time.
2. Using pik
You must be at least 16 years old. There are no accounts. Anyone who can see a screen showing pik can connect to it, so you are responsible for where you display it and for closing the tab when you're done. Only send addresses to screens you're allowed to control.
Administrator accounts
Only pik's administrators sign in, with Tooly SSO or the local break-glass account. Keep your sign-in details and recovery codes private, use the break-glass account only when Tooly SSO is unavailable, and tell us at the contact address below if you think an account is compromised. Administrator access can be removed at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use pik to:
- send someone else's screen to content they haven't agreed to see, or to unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, sexually explicit or malicious content (including phishing or malware);
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- interfere with the service, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its limits or security;
- automate access in a way that goes beyond normal personal use.
4. Your content and other sites
You are responsible for the addresses you send. pik doesn't host the sites it opens; they are run by others, who are solely responsible for them and whose own terms apply. Opening a site through pik doesn't mean we endorse it. Some sites don't allow being shown inside other pages; in that case pik's player can't show them.
5. Suspension
We may block, limit or end access for any device or network that breaks these terms or threatens the service, without notice.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless itpro360 LLC from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use pik after a change means you accept the updated terms.
